Alcohol Licensing
Alcoholic beverages are highly regulated - any business that wants to produce, package, market, store, buy or sell alcoholic beverages will need a license or permit.
Our team is experienced with obtaining licenses and permits from the New York State Liquor Authority and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol and Tobacco Tax ad Trade (TTB), and with navigating the NYC Community Boards.

Real Estate Leasing
We provide advice to clients on the leasing or real property, and have negotiated and reviewed commercial leases on behalf of tenants in all tiers of the industry. The legal services we provide include advising our cliens on how the zoning or use group of a property may affect the client's plans for the business.
E-Commerce
We enjoy analyzing creative new business models and the challenge of applying existing alcoholic beverage control laws to new ways of doing business. We try to find our clients a way to make their business models work within the confines of the laws.
Industry Agreements
We are experienced in various agreements unique to the food and beverage industry, such as restaurant and hotel management agreements, concessionaire agreements, distribution agreement, contract production agreements, and alternating proprietorship agreements.

We are well versed in taking our clients from concept to opening, which includes negotiating and drafting terms of investment and subscription documents - and we can do with an eye towards disclosure obligations as a result of alcoholic beverage control laws.
